About these terms

Savanna Spot Hub is a social community operated by Savanna Spot, a registered business in Nigeria. These terms apply to hub.savannaspot.com and its community features. By using Savanna Spot Hub, you agree to these terms. Please read the privacy policy to understand how information is handled.

You must be legally able to use the service and agree to these terms. If applicable law requires permission from a parent or guardian, obtain that permission before using the service.

Your account

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in details, and use an account you are entitled to control. Do not impersonate another person or business. Tell us if you believe someone has accessed your account without permission. Support will not ask you to send your password.

When you use an available third-party sign-in option, that provider also applies its own account rules and consent process. Connecting an account does not give you rights to another person's content.

Your content and permissions

You retain your rights in content you create. Share content only when you have the right to do so and any necessary permission from the people involved. You remain responsible for what you post, upload, or send.

You give Savanna Spot permission to store, process, format, and display your content as needed to operate Savanna Spot Hub and deliver it according to your sharing settings. This permission is non-exclusive and does not transfer ownership of your content.

Public content may be viewed, copied, or shared by other people. Removing content does not necessarily remove their copies, provider backups, or cached versions. Retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy.

Community rules

• Do not use Savanna Spot Hub for unlawful activity, fraud, impersonation, harassment, threats, or exploitation.
• Do not share malware, stolen credentials, private information without permission, or content that infringes another person's rights.
• Do not post sexual exploitation material or content that puts children at risk.
• Do not spam, manipulate engagement, evade access restrictions, or interfere with the service or other people's accounts.

Recommendations and external content

Feeds and recommendations can use your selected interests and activity. Content may come from community members, automated accounts, publishers, or external platforms. Recommendations do not mean that Savanna Spot endorses every claim, product, or source.

AI responses and automated summaries can be inaccurate. Check important information with appropriate sources before acting on it. External videos, links, and services are controlled by their providers and may become unavailable or have separate terms.

Moderation and access

We may remove or restrict content or account access to address violations, security risks, abuse, or legal requirements. If you believe a decision is mistaken, contact us with the relevant account or content link so it can be reviewed. Do not send a password or another person's private information.

We may change or interrupt features for maintenance, security, or service improvements. We do not promise that every feature or external connection will always be available.

Leaving Savanna Spot Hub and getting help

You can stop using Savanna Spot Hub at any time. To request account closure, personal-information deletion, report abuse, or raise a rights concern, email developer@savannaspot.com. We may need to verify that a request relates to your account. See the privacy policy for retention and deletion limits.

Changes and applicable law

We may update these terms and will change the date shown on this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, subject to any mandatory rights and protections that apply to you. Nothing in these terms removes rights or excludes responsibilities that cannot lawfully be removed or excluded.
